- Onion - 1 no
- green chilli - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1/2 tsp) -
- Curry leaves - 1 bunch
- Jeera/cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Cloves - 3 nos
- Cardamom - 1 no
- Cinnamon - 1/2 piece
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 pinch
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing Mutton Brain Pepper Fry, first chop the onion, green chilli and curry leaves.
- In a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seeds/jeera, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
- Add chopped onion and saute it until it turns brown.
- Add green chilli and curry leaves and mix it.
- Add turmeric, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well.
- Cut the boiled brain into small pieces.
- Now add brain in the masala and mix well until the masala blends well with the brain.
- Allow it to boil for 5 minutes in a medium flame.
- Now Mutton Brain Pepper Fry is ready to serve.
