Rice Nuggets With Paneer And Corn
this is simple recipe and can do this with leftover rice and melt with paneer and corn to sweet. good snack

- 1 cup Leftover rice
- 2 tblap Paneer
- 2 tblsp Corn
- Mint little
- salt as needed
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1 chopped Green chili
- Oil for frying
- 2 tblsp maida
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
Mash rice with your hands and add all ingredients
Now shape like oval and keep aside
Take maida and add little water and dip nuggets
Now roll with bread crumbs and keep aside
Now deep fry with oil and drain out
Now its ready to serve Rice nuggets with paneer and corn
