Avarakka - Field Bean Sundal

this is higly protein and good for health, we can take as evening snack

Ingredients
  

  • Boiled avarakkai 1 cup
  • Chopped onion ½ cup
  • Red chilli 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Mustard ½ tsp
  • Broken black gram ¼ tsp
  • Curry leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Grated coconut 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken black gram, red chilli and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and sauté it
  • Add salt, turmeric and boiled avarakka / field beans and mix well for 5 mins
  • Off the flame and put the grated coconut and mix it
  • Avarakka / field sundal is ready to serve
