Avarakka - Field Bean Sundal
this is higly protein and good for health, we can take as evening snack

- Boiled avarakkai 1 cup
- Chopped onion ½ cup
- Red chilli 2
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Mustard ½ tsp
- Broken black gram ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves 1 bunch
- Oil 3 tsp
- Grated coconut 2 tsp
In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken black gram, red chilli and curry leaves.
Add onion and sauté it
Add salt, turmeric and boiled avarakka / field beans and mix well for 5 mins
Off the flame and put the grated coconut and mix it
Avarakka / field sundal is ready to serve
