Punjabi Style Aalu Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Potato 2
  • Onion 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilly 4
  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
  • cumin seeds a little
  • coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Pudina leaves 6 leaves
  • Chilly powder. 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook potato using salt
  • Make a dough using wheat flour salt and water
  • Take the cooked potato and mixing ingredients
  • Mix it well
  • Using a roller make two balls in to round shape
  • Pour some Masala to one chapathi
  • Then keep the other chappathi on above the Masala and start rolling
  • Do the same to the remaining dough
  • Then heat a pan and put the chappathi on it
  • Apply ghee or butter and fry both sides until it gets cooked
  • Serve hot with curd pickle or any nonveg curries it will be yummy
