Wheat flour 1 cup
Potato 2
Onion 1 tablespoon
Green chilly 4
Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
cumin seeds a little
coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
Pudina leaves 6 leaves
Chilly powder. 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook potato using salt
Make a dough using wheat flour salt and water
Take the cooked potato and mixing ingredients
Mix it well
Using a roller make two balls in to round shape
Pour some Masala to one chapathi
Then keep the other chappathi on above the Masala and start rolling
Do the same to the remaining dough
Then heat a pan and put the chappathi on it
Apply ghee or butter and fry both sides until it gets cooked
Serve hot with curd pickle or any nonveg curries it will be yummy
