Kumbalanga. 1/2
Shallot. 8
Curry leaves. 1 sprig
dried red chilly powder. 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard. 2 tsp
Oil as needed
Instructions
Heat a pan pour oil and add mustard when its hot
When mustard splutters add shallot and curry leaves
Add chilly powder
Saute it well then add kumbalanga and salt
Stir well and close the pan
Make the flame low and wait until it gets cooked
