Ingredients
  

  • Fish. 4 or 5
  • Chilly powder. 2 TSP
  • Turmeric powder 1 tSo
  • Lime 1
  • Butter 1 table spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Mix all masalas to fish.
  • Then using microwave oven fry it .it will take about 10 or 15 mint
  • Then take it out when its cooked
  • Our fish chuttathu is ready
