Kadai Gosh
kadai gosh, This Mughlai dish is one of thefavorite dishes. It is traditionally cooked and even served in a wok-like dish called a Kadhai. This recipe has an authentic taste and quite popular in wedding menu.

Mutton half kg Kadai Masala 2 to 3 tsp Onion 2 Tomato 2 Ginger garlic paste. 2 tsp Green chilly 5 Shallot 5 Pudina leaf 6 to 7 Coriander leaves a bunch Curd 1 cup Turmeric powder 2 tsp
Make kadai masala for that heat a pan add dried red chilly pepper cumin seeds coriander seeds
Stir well and add fenugreek seeds and also slightly roast this
Grind it using a mixer
Take pressure cooker and add oil when its hot pour onion tomato and ginger garlic paste
Add mutton
Stir well add turmeric powder
Stir well
Add salt and close cooker and wait for 6 visil (no need to add water)
When its cooked add kadai masala to it and add shallot and green Chilly
Stir well and add curd to it
Stir well and add pudina and coriander leaves to it
Stir well
Keep in low flame for 3 minute ,and our kadai gosh is ready
