Vegetable Momos
It is a delicious recipe .It is a good snack for school going children.It is a chinease recipe we can get in hotels and street vendours.

- 1 cup Maida
- 1l2 cup Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Carrot
- 5 Beans
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Gram masala
Heat oil in a kadai add onions and grated carrots saute for 2 minutes.
Add chopped cabbage and beans saute for 2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste and gram masala,saute for a minute .Add salt and mix all well keep aside
Mix maida,salt and 1/2 cup water and make it into dough.
From this dough make small chappathis and fill the masala inside.
Bring the ends join and make pleated momos.
Steam in idly steamer for 5 minutes.
Vegetable momos is ready to serve
