Vegetable Momos

It is a delicious recipe .It is a good snack for school going children.It is a chinease recipe we can get in hotels and street vendours.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1l2 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Carrot
  • 5 Beans
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Gram masala

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add onions and grated carrots saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped cabbage and beans saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and gram masala,saute for a minute .Add salt and mix all well keep aside
  • Mix maida,salt and 1/2 cup water and make it into dough.
  • From this dough make small chappathis and fill the masala inside.
  • Bring the ends join and make pleated momos.
  • Steam in idly steamer for 5 minutes.
  • Vegetable momos is ready to serve
