Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add onions and grated carrots saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage and beans saute for 2 minutes.
- From this dough make small chappathis and fill the masala inside.
- Bring the ends join and make pleated momos.
- Steam in idly steamer for 5 minutes.
- Vegetable momos is ready to serve
