- Basmati rice - 1 1/2 cup
- Water - 2 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Onions - 1
- Green chilies - 4
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Capsicum - 1
- Tomato - 1

Instructions
- Add rice and water in micro wave dish and cook for 15 minutes.
- Now rice is cooked keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds saute for a minute.
- Add chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder ,salt and cumin powder saute for a minute.
- Add capsicm and saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and gram masala and stir for a minute.
- Add tofu and coriander leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice to this and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes in stove.
- Now masala tofu rice is ready,it goes well with raithaor curd
