We all love chettinadu recipes because of its authentic flavor.Mushroom is a favorite item for every vegetarians.mushroom is good for heath,It is good for weight management,good for getting vitamin d3.Today i tried to cook this yummy mushrooms in chettinadu masala.It came out well.Every one have to make this yummy dish.It tastes best with rice and chapati.

- Mushroom - 1 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Red chili - 4
- Saumb - 1 tsp
- Cardamom - 4
- Cloves - 4
- Cinnamon - 2
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1
- Curry leaf - 5
- Cashewnuts - 5

- Heat oil in a kadai add grated coconut,red chili,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,saumb,cardamom,cinnamon and cloves.Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chili powder and turmeric powder saute for 2 minutes until coconut becomes golden brown
- Add cashew nuts and salt to this .then switch of gas stove.
- Grind all this spices in a mixer.
- Heat oil in another kadai add mustard when it splutters add red chili and onions,saute for a minute.
- Add curry leaves to this and saute for a minute.
- Add cleaned mushrooms and grinded masala to this .
- Now chettinadu mushroom curry is ready to serve.It goes well withl rice and chapati.
