Masala Tofu Rice 
Tofu is made from soya milk,it is also known as soya curd.we can make delicious recipes from tofu.masala rice is a tasty rice for lunch and dinner.It is a good item for kids lunch box.Tofu has a lot of health benefits.It is rich in calcium ,iron and various nutrients.

1 1/2  cup  Basmati rice 2  cup  Water 1  tsp  Oil 1  tsp  Cumin seeds 1  Onions 4  Green chilies 1  tsp  Ginger garlic paste 1  tsp  Chili powder 1/2  tsp  Turmeric powder 1  tsp  Coriander powder 1  tsp  Cumin powder Salt  to taste 1  Capsicum 1  Tomato  
Add rice and water in micro wave dish and cook for 15 minutes.
 Now rice is cooked keep it aside.
 Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds saute for a minute.
 Add onions ,red chilies and ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes.
 Add chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder ,salt and cumin powder saute for a minute.
 Add capsicm and saute for a minute.
 Add tomatoes and gram masala and stir for a minute.
 Add tofu and coriander leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
 Add cooked rice to this and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes in stove.
 Now masala tofu rice is ready,it goes well with raithaor curd
