Vendakka Kichadi
It is a nadan dish in kerala.We use to make this vendakka kichadi in all festivals.It is a healthy recipe.It is a delicious recipe. We use to prepare this for onam sadya.

1 cup Vendakka ladysfinger 2 Onion small 1 cup Coconut grated 1 tsp Cumin seeds 4 Green chilli 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Curd 1 tsp Coconut oil 2 Red chilli 5 Curry leaf
Select tender ladysfinger wash wipe and dry cut inti thin slices.,and shallow fry in the oil for 3 minutes until it is brown and crisp.Keep aside.
Grind coconut,cumin seeds,chilly and onion in a mixer.
Add this ground mix in the curd and mix.
Add this fried ladys finger to this curd mix.Mix all well.
Heat oil in another kadai add mustard,when it splutters add red chilly and curry leaf add to the vendakka curd mix and mix well.
Now vendakka kichadi is ready to serve with hot rice and pappad.
