Arissi Parippu Payasam
It is a traditional neivediyam payasam variety we will make during festivals.

- 1 cup Rice
- 1/2 cup Toor dal
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 6 Kiss miss
- 8 Cashew
- 500 gram Jaggery
- 21/2 cup Water
Cook rice and tool dal with 2 cup of water cook for 5 minutes ie,3 whistle.
Boil jaggery with 1/2 cup water for 2 minutes.And strain it with a filter.
Add this jaggery mix to cooked rice and dal and boil for 2 minutes.
Heat ghee in a kadai and add cashew and kiss miss sate for a minute.
Add this cashews and kiss miss and add 1 cup coconut milk to this and boil for 2 minutes.
Now Arisi parippu payasam is ready
