Aval Pongal
this very inresting recipe and easy too. both sago and aval is good taste and simple ingredient too. this good in taste

- 1 cup Aval poha
- 1 cup Sago sabudana/ javarisi
- 1/2 cup Moong dal boiled
- 5 tsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Bell pepper
- 2 Green chili
- 1/4 tsp Ginger grated
- Curry leaves little
- 2 tblsp Coconut
- Salt as taste
- 4 to Cashew nut
Soak both aval (poha) and sago separately and moogn dal aside
In pan melt ghee and fry cashew and remove and keep aside
In same pan temper mustard, jeera, pepper, curry leaves, ginger and chili
Now add moong dal and cook for minute
Now add both sago and aval mix well and salt too
Now add coconut and combine all well
Now garnish with cashew and turn off
Now its ready to serve Aval Pongal ( poha pongal)
