Ingredients
  

  • banana 3 or 4
  • egg 1
  • all purpose flour 1 cup or more
  • salt 1 tsp
  • sugar

Instructions
 

  • take all purpose flour
  • add egg
  • stir well
  • slice banana
  • mix it with the batter
  • heat a pan with oil, deep fry it
  • when both sides gets brown and cooked
  • take it out and wipe off excess oil ,our pazham pory is ready
