- 1 cup Chuvanna cheera
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 Onion
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 Red chilli
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard .When mustard splutters add red chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
Add cleaned chuvappu cheera to this kadai and saute for a minute.
Grind coconut,cumin seeds,onion ,turmeric and chilli powder in a mixer.
Add this ground mix to kadai.
Add salt and mix all together ,saute for 2 minutes in low flame.
Now chuvappu cheera thoran is ready to serve.
