Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chuvanna cheera
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 4 Onion
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 2 Red chilli
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard .When mustard splutters add red chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add cleaned chuvappu cheera to this kadai and saute for a minute.
  • Grind coconut,cumin seeds,onion ,turmeric and chilli powder in a mixer.
  • Add this ground mix to kadai.
  • Add salt and mix all together ,saute for 2 minutes in low flame.
  • Now chuvappu cheera thoran is ready to serve.
