Kerala Nadan Egg Roast
It is a nadan dish in kerala,we can eat this as a side dish with chappathi and rice.We can eat this curry with kerala appam and idiyappam.

- 4 Boiled egg
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 finely Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Gram masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 4 Green chilli
- 1/2 cup Water
- 4 Coriander leaves
Heat oil in a kadai add onions and green chillies saute for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,gram masala and coriander powder stir for a minute.
Next add coriander leaves,salt and 1/2 cup water boil for 2 minutes.
Then add boiled eggs to this and boil for 2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
Now kerala nadan egg roast is ready.
