Kerala Nadan Egg Roast

It is a nadan dish in kerala,we can eat this as a side dish with chappathi and rice.We can eat this curry with kerala appam and idiyappam.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boiled egg
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 finely Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Gram masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 4 Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add onions and green chillies saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
  • Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,gram masala and coriander powder stir for a minute.
  • Next add coriander leaves,salt and 1/2 cup water boil for 2 minutes.
  • Then add boiled eggs to this and boil for 2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
  • Now kerala nadan egg roast is ready.
