Kerala Nadan Egg Roast
It is a nadan dish in kerala,we can eat this as a side dish with chappathi and rice.We can eat this curry with kerala appam and idiyappam.

- 4 Boiled egg
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 No. Onion Finely chopped
- 1 No. Tomato Chopped
- 1 Tsp Chilli powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Garam masala
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- Coconut oil As reqd
- 4 Nos. Green chilli
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Coriander leaves Few
Heat oil in a kadai, add onions and green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Stir for a minute.
Next add coriander leaves, required salt and 1/2 cup water. Boil for 2 minutes.
Then add boiled eggs to this and boil for 2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
Now kerala nadan egg roast is ready.
