Kerala Nadan Egg Roast

It is a nadan dish in kerala,we can eat this as a side dish with chappathi and rice.We can eat this curry with kerala appam and idiyappam.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boiled egg
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 No. Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 No. Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • 4 Nos. Green chilli
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Coriander leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add onions and green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Stir for a minute.
  • Next add coriander leaves, required salt and 1/2 cup water. Boil for 2 minutes.
  • Then add boiled eggs to this and boil for 2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
  • Now kerala nadan egg roast is ready.
