Podi Idly Fry
this is simple and easy recipe. this is good evening tea snack. this is crispy and soft inside and outside . podi is curchy too

- 6 Left over idly
- 2 tblsp Idly Podi
- Curry Leaves little
- 1 tsp Channa dal
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tblsp Ghee/ gingelly oil
Cut idly in cube shape and keep aside
In pan heat ghee / gingelly oil and temper mustard and channa dal and curry leaves
Add idly podi low flame and mix it well and add idly and fry for 10 mins mean time stir well and turn off when its crispy .
Now its ready to serve Podi idly fry
