Podi Idly Fry

this is simple and easy recipe. this is good evening tea snack. this is crispy and soft inside and outside . podi is curchy too

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Left over idly
  • 2 tblsp Idly Podi
  • Curry Leaves little
  • 1 tsp Channa dal
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tblsp Ghee/ gingelly oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut idly in cube shape and keep aside
  • In pan heat ghee / gingelly oil and temper mustard and channa dal and curry leaves
  • Add idly podi low flame and mix it well and add idly and fry for 10 mins mean time stir well and turn off when its crispy .
  • Now its ready to serve Podi idly fry
