- Left over idly - 6
- Idly Podi - 2 tblsp
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Channa dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Ghee/ gingelly oil - 2 tblsp

Instructions
- Cut idly in cube shape and keep aside
- In pan heat ghee / gingelly oil and temper mustard and channa dal and curry leaves
- Add idly podi low flame and mix it well and add idly and fry for 10 mins mean time stir well and turn off when its crispy .
- Now its ready to serve Podi idly fry
