Ingredients
- Sweet potato - 1 chopped
- Vatha kuzhambhu podi( i already posted) - 2 tbsp
- Shallots - 15 chopped
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Tamarind water - 1/4 cup
- garlic - 5
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Urad and channa dal - 1 tsp
- Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp
- Jaggerry - 1/2 tsp
- Gingelly oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(as per taste) -

Instructions
- Clean and peel and chop sweet potato
- Now in pan add oil and temper mustard, urad and channa dal
- Now add shallots and garlic
- Now add curry leaves and saute well
- now add potato and saute well and cook for 5 minutes
- Now add vatha kuzhambhu powder and mix well and salt
- Now add jaggerry boil for 5 mins and turn off
- Now its ready to serve
