Easy Mushroom Pulav

It is a good lunch box for school going children.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmathi rice cooked
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 4 Cinnamon
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Mushroom
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Cook basmati rice with 1 cup water cloves,cinnamon,cardamom and salt in microwave for 10 minutes
  • Heat oil in a kadai and saute onions for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes,chilli powder and garam masala saute for a minute.
  • Whe the tomatoes become soft and mashy add coriander leaves to this.
  • Add cleaned mushrooms to this and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice to this,little salt and mix all together well.Stir for 2 minutes in low flame.
  • Now easy mushroom pulav is ready.
