Instructions
Cook basmati rice with 1 cup water cloves,cinnamon,cardamom and salt in microwave for 10 minutes
Heat oil in a kadai and saute onions for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes,chilli powder and garam masala saute for a minute.
Whe the tomatoes become soft and mashy add coriander leaves to this.
Add cleaned mushrooms to this and saute for 3 minutes.
Add cooked rice to this,little salt and mix all together well.Stir for 2 minutes in low flame.
Now easy mushroom pulav is ready.
