Ingredients
- Basmathi rice cooked - 1 cup
- Cardamom - 4
- Cinnamon - 4
- Cloves - 2
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Mushroom - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 2
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Tomatoes - 2

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai and saute onions for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes,chilli powder and garam masala saute for a minute.
- Whe the tomatoes become soft and mashy add coriander leaves to this.
- Add cleaned mushrooms to this and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice to this,little salt and mix all together well.Stir for 2 minutes in low flame.
- Now easy mushroom pulav is ready.
