Nutty Mushroom With Thick Graavy
Moderately spicy, tastes nutty and goes well with rice, roti, chapathi, naan. It is one of the favourite dish of everyone.

- mushroom 250 grams
- cashew nuts 15
- onion 2
- ginger 1 inch piece
- garlic 5 cloves
- green chilly 6
- curry leaves 1 sprig
- tomato 2
- coriander leaves a small bunch
- black pepper powder 2 tsp
- coriander powder 2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1 tsp
- coconut powder I cup
- salt to taste
- oil as needed
- water as needed
cut mushroom in to small pieces
grind the masalas and cashew
then pour coconut milk also ,mix it well
then heat a pan pour oil and add mushroom ,onion,ginger ,garlic ,green chilly.
sauté it well, then add tomato ,curry leaves and grinded masala
mix it well and when it just boiled off the flame
transfer it to the serving dish.
