Nutty Mushroom With Thick Graavy

Moderately spicy, tastes nutty and goes well with rice, roti, chapathi, naan. It is one of the favourite dish of everyone.

Ingredients
  

  • mushroom 250 grams
  • cashew nuts 15
  • onion 2
  • ginger 1 inch piece
  • garlic 5 cloves
  • green chilly 6
  • curry leaves 1 sprig
  • tomato 2
  • coriander leaves a small bunch
  • black pepper powder 2 tsp
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • coconut powder I cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil as needed
  • water as needed

Instructions
 

  • cut mushroom in to small pieces
  • grind the masalas and cashew
  • then pour coconut milk also ,mix it well
  • then heat a pan pour oil and add mushroom ,onion,ginger ,garlic ,green chilly.
  • sauté it well, then add tomato ,curry leaves and grinded masala
  • mix it well and when it just boiled off the flame
  • transfer it to the serving dish.
