- mushroom 250 grams -
- cashew nuts 15 -
- Onion : 2 -
- Ginger : 1 inch piece -
- Garlic : 5 cloves -

- curry leaves 1 sprig -

- coriander leaves a small bunch -
- Black pepper powder : 2 tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- coconut powder I cup -
- Salt to taste -

- cut mushroom in to small pieces
- grind the masalas and cashew
- sauté it well, then add tomato ,curry leaves and grinded masala
- mix it well and when it just boiled off the flame
- transfer it to the serving dish.
