Moong Dal Vada
This vada is made from split Moong dal. this is spicy delicious snack crispy outside and soft inside. Moongal dal is very healthy and potato give nice combo to vada

1 cup Moong dal 2 Potato 3 Green chili 1 inch Ginger 1 tsp Funnel seed 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Salt as taste 1/4 tsp Turmeric oil for frying
Soak Moong dal for 2 -3 hours
Boil potato and mash and keep aside
Grind green chili, ginger, funnel seed and add drain moong dal , grind coarsely
In bowl transfer and add turmeric and salt and asafoetida mix well and keep aside
Now deep fry in oil and drain
