pine apple 1
chilly powder 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
coconut half
nalla jeerakam 1 tsp
green chilly 3 or 4
sugar 2 tsp
salt as needed
dried red chilly 4
mustard 2 tsp
curry leaves 1 sprig
Instructions
cook sliced pineapple using water.
when its cooked add turmeric powder and chilly powder.
then add salt and sugar.
mix it well and add green chilly.
then add grinded coconut and fennel to it (nalla jeerakam)
mix it well
then add curd
mix well and off the flame
heat another pan put oil and add mustard to it.
when it splutters add dried red chilly and curry leaves .sauté for 2 mint and then pour this to the pachadi.
stir well.
our dish is ready
Enjoy it with rice or chappathi
