  • cook sliced pineapple using water.
  • when its cooked add turmeric powder and chilly powder.
  • then add salt and sugar.
  • mix it well and add green chilly.
  • then add grinded coconut and fennel to it (nalla jeerakam)
  • mix it well
  • then add curd
  • mix well and off the flame
  • heat another pan put oil and add mustard to it.
  • when it splutters add dried red chilly and curry leaves .sauté for 2 mint and then pour this to the pachadi.
  • stir well.
  • our dish is ready
  • Enjoy it with rice or chappathi
