- when its cooked add turmeric powder and chilly powder.
- mix it well and add green chilly.
- then add grinded coconut and fennel to it (nalla jeerakam)
- mix it well
- then add curd
- mix well and off the flame
- heat another pan put oil and add mustard to it.
- when it splutters add dried red chilly and curry leaves .sauté for 2 mint and then pour this to the pachadi.
- stir well.
- our dish is ready
- Enjoy it with rice or chappathi
