Tofu Butter Masala
this is good and healthy recipe. tofu is good for health and more protein. this give more energy. every one love this recipe

- 1 pack Tofu
- 2 cubes Butter
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomato
- 1 inch Ginger
- 6 no Garlic
- 5 Cashew nut
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tblsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Kausri methi
- Salt as taste
- 2 tblsp Freash cream
Cut and fry tofu and keep aside
In jar add onions, tomato. ginger, garlic, cashews blend smooth paste and keep aside
In pan melt butter and add paste and cook for few mins
Add all powders and mix well cook
Now add ketchup and stir it
Now add kasuri methi and sugar
Lastly add tofu and mix it and turn off after 5 mins
Garnish with cream and serve. Now its ready to serve for naan , rotis ..
