  • Cut and fry tofu and keep aside
  • In jar add onions, tomato. ginger, garlic, cashews blend smooth paste and keep aside
  • In pan melt butter and add paste and cook for few mins
  • Add all powders and mix well cook
  • Now add ketchup and stir it
  • Now add kasuri methi and sugar
  • Lastly add tofu and mix it and turn off after 5 mins
  • Garnish with cream and serve. Now its ready to serve for naan , rotis ..
