Chop the onion, tomato and broccoli
In a pressure cooker heat the oil and ghee .Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and aniseed
Now add onion and sauté it till it turn to brown.
Add green chili, mint and coriander leaves and mix well
Add tomato mix well .Add ginger garlic paste mix well till the raw smell goes out
Add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder and mix
Now add peas and broccoli
Add rice, mix well and fry it for 2 mins
Once rice got mix well add coconut milk and close cooker with lid and allow to 1 whistle.
Now broccoli pulao is ready to serve. Serve with raitha.
