Broccoli Pulao

this is good for health and different taste. good in diet and yummy too.

  • Chop the onion, tomato and broccoli
  • In a pressure cooker heat the oil and ghee .Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and aniseed
  • Now add onion and sauté it till it turn to brown.
  • Add green chili, mint and coriander leaves and mix well
  • Add tomato mix well .Add ginger garlic paste mix well till the raw smell goes out
  • Add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder and mix Now add peas and broccoli
  • Add rice, mix well and fry it for 2 mins
  • Once rice got mix well add coconut milk and close cooker with lid and allow to 1 whistle.
  • Now broccoli pulao is ready to serve. Serve with raitha.
