Easy Bhindi Masala Dry

It is dry recipe for chappathi and rice.bindi is good for health.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Bhindi
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Green chilly
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 red chilly
  • 5 Curry leaf
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash, drain and cut bhindi into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add onion and green chilly saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add red chilly,curry leaf,ginger and garlicpaste,salt ,pepper powder and saute for 3 minutes.Cook in a low heat. stir occasionally for 2 minutes.
  • Easy bhindi masala dry is ready to serve
