Instructions
Wash, drain and cut bhindi into pieces.
Heat oil in a kadai and add onion and green chilly saute for 2 minutes.
Add red chilly,curry leaf,ginger and garlicpaste,salt ,pepper powder and saute for 3 minutes.Cook in a low heat. stir occasionally for 2 minutes.
Easy bhindi masala dry is ready to serve
