Green Chili Chutney

this is very simple and hot and spicy

Ingredients
  

  • Green chilli 4
  • Tamarind small size
  • Asafoetida ½ Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a plate take green chilli, peanut, sesame seed and tamarind.
  • Heat the oil and temper the asafoetida.
  • Now add the green chilli, peanut, sesame seed and tamarind, fry in low flame.
  • Allow to cool and grind well thick paste
  • Heat the oil and temper the black mustard seed and black gram
  • Add the chilli paste and mix well for 3 mins in low flame
  • Now green chilli chutney is ready, serve with idli or dosa
