Instructions
- In a plate take green chilli, peanut, sesame seed and tamarind.
- Heat the oil and temper the asafoetida.
- Now add the green chilli, peanut, sesame seed and tamarind, fry in low flame.
- Allow to cool and grind well thick paste
- Heat the oil and temper the black mustard seed and black gram
- Add the chilli paste and mix well for 3 mins in low flame
- Now green chilli chutney is ready, serve with idli or dosa
