Simple Raw Papaya Curry

this is best combo for indian breads and rice. this is easy and simple too

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Raw papaya
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 tblsp Peanut
  • 5 Red chili
  • 1 tsp Seasame seed
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 2 tblsp Oil
  • Curry leaves small
  • 1 tsp Channa dal
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • clean and cut and boil raw papaya with some salt
  • Cut Onions and keep aside
  • Dry roast peanut and red chili, jeera and sesame seed and grind powder
  • In pan add oil and temper mustard , channa dal, curry leaves, garlic
  • Add onions and salt , turmeric saute well
  • Add boiled raw papaya and mix well
  • Add ground powder and mix it well adn cook for few mins and turn off.
  • Now its ready to serve. Raw papaya curry
