Garlic Naan

This is very different in taste and more soft and crispy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Yeast
  • 2 tblsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add baking powder yeast and salt and all purpose flour
  • Add milk and make dough and keep aside
  • After 2 hours this becomes more soft and rise level from before
  • Take small ball and flat thin sheet
  • Apply oil and fold in triangel shape and spread again
  • Place garlic and coriander leaves and keep aside
  • heat the tawa and place naan and when bubbles comes turn to other side
  • In direct heat and cook both side for minutes
  • Now Garlic naan is ready
