Egg Cutlet Gravy

this is different recipe and this is more taste. this is nice aroma with those spices

Ingredients
  

  • Egg 5
  • Big Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Coconut ½
  • Red chili paste 5 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Fennel seed 1 tsp
  • Jeera ½ tsp
  • Carrot 1
  • Roasted gram 2 tsp
  • Roasted gram powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • In a pan fry the Coriander, coconut, jeera, fennel seed and roaster gram without oil. grind paste.
  • In a bowl put egg and beat well, then add carrot,roasted gram powder and chili paste and mix well and steam in a steamer.
  • Once got steamed remove from bowl and cut into small cubes
  • In a pan heat the oil and add onion and fry it until it turns into brown
  • Now add tomato and add ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, salt, turmeric and sauté it. add grind paste too
  • Now add water as required and boil it for 20 min.
  • Once gravy got boiled now add egg cutlet and keep it in low flame for 5 mins
  • Now steamed egg cutlet gravy is ready
