In a pan fry the Coriander, coconut, jeera, fennel seed and roaster gram without oil. grind paste.
In a bowl put egg and beat well, then add carrot,roasted gram powder and chili paste and mix well and steam in a steamer.
Once got steamed remove from bowl and cut into small cubes
In a pan heat the oil and add onion and fry it until it turns into brown
Now add tomato and add ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, salt, turmeric and sauté it. add grind paste too
Now add water as required and boil it for 20 min.
Once gravy got boiled now add egg cutlet and keep it in low flame for 5 mins
Now steamed egg cutlet gravy is ready
