Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Peanut
  • 1/6 cup Channa dal
  • 3 cups Idly batter
  • 3 tblsp Coconut
  • 3 Green chilli
  • Coriander small
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Musatrd

Instructions
 

  • Soak peanut and channa dal for ½ hour.
  • Coriander and peanut and chann dal coarsely
  • Temper mustard with oil and pour into mixture.
  • Mix with idly batter and keep aside.
  • Steam idly with steamer
  • Serve with Sambhar. Peanut Idly is ready.
