- ½ cup Peanut
- 1/6 cup Channa dal
- 3 cups Idly batter
- 3 tblsp Coconut
- 3 Green chilli
- Coriander small
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Musatrd
Soak peanut and channa dal for ½ hour.
Coriander and peanut and chann dal coarsely
Temper mustard with oil and pour into mixture.
Mix with idly batter and keep aside.
Steam idly with steamer
Serve with Sambhar. Peanut Idly is ready.
