Peanut Aadai

- 1/2 cup Peanut
- Channa dal – 1/6 cup
- 3 cups Rice batter
- 1 Carrot grated
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 tblsp Coconut
- 3 Green chilli
- Coriander – small
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Musatrd
Soak peanut and channa dal for ½ hour.
Coriander and peanut and chann dal coarsely
Temper mustard with oil and pour into mixture.
Add carrot and onions and mix it well .
Heat tawa and make aadai and allow oil and turn both side.
Now it’s ready to serve Peanut Aadai
