Peanut Aadai

  • 1/2 cup Peanut
  • Channa dal – 1/6 cup
  • 3 cups Rice batter
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 tblsp Coconut
  • 3 Green chilli
  • Coriander – small
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Musatrd


  • Soak peanut and channa dal for ½ hour.
  • Coriander and peanut and chann dal coarsely
  • Temper mustard with oil and pour into mixture.
  • Add carrot and onions and mix it well .
  • Heat tawa and make aadai and allow oil and turn both side.
  • Now it’s ready to serve Peanut Aadai
