Ragi Poori ( Finger Millets)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ragi finger millets
  • 1 cup Wheat
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Water required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add ragi and wheat and ghee , salt make dough with enough water
  • Flat the ball in roll pin and keep aside
  • Deep fry in oil and serve with Potato masala
