Mor Rasam

We usually eat rasam with mor. But this is quite different taste to eat mor rasam

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 tblsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tblsp Toor Dal
  • ¼ tsp Fenugreek
  • 1 tsp Jeeera
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as tsate
  • 2 Dry chilli
  • Curry leaves small
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • ¼ tsp Asafeotida
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • jeera and pepper.
  • Beat the curd well with Wisk.
  • Add salt and turmeric and roasted and grind powder mix it well
  • In pan add oil and temper mustard and fenugreek and jeera and asafoetida and curry leave Dry chilli.
  • Add butter milk and brings to boil and turn off.
  • Serve with rice. Now its ready mor rasam
