Rajma Potato Cutlet
usually cutlet used byh all vegetables. but in this cutlet we use rajma . this is more health and taste

- 1 cup Rajma
- 2 Potato
- Coriander small bunch
- 2 Green chili
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 cup Roasted channa dal powder
- Salt as taste
- Oil for frying
Soak rajma for 5 hours and boil with potato and mash it.
Grind coriander, g. chili, ginger and keep aside
Now chop onions and add with mash rajma and potato and grind paste
Add roasted channa dal powder and salt and mix well
Shape like cutlet with small amount of mixture,Deep fry with oil. and drain it
Now its ready to serve Rajma Potato Cutlet
