  • 1 cup Rajma
  • 2 Potato
  • Coriander small bunch
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 cup Roasted channa dal powder
  • Salt as taste
  • Oil for frying


  • Soak rajma for 5 hours and boil with potato and mash it.
  • Grind coriander, g. chili, ginger and keep aside
  • Now chop onions and add with mash rajma and potato and grind paste
  • Add roasted channa dal powder and salt and mix well
  • Shape like cutlet with small amount of mixture,Deep fry with oil. and drain it
  • Now its ready to serve Rajma Potato Cutlet
