Double Beans Pulav
this recipe is Unique recipe. mostly people don't like double beans. but this quite easy have pilav with double beans.

- 1 cup Double beans
- 1 cup Rice
- 1/4 cup Peas
- 2 Onions
- 3 Shallots
- 1 inch Ginger
- 5 Garlic
- 2 Green chili
- mint and coriander small
- Salt to taste
- 2 cup Coconut milk
- 1 Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
- 3 tbsp Ghee / oil
In blender add green chili, garlic, ginger and shallots grind well
Soak double beans and boil and keep aside
In Pan add ghee and rice soak and fry for few mins in low flame and keep aside.
In pressure pan add oil/ ghee add whole garam masala and saute
Add onions. grind paste and peas and saute well
Add mint and coriander and salt and double beans mix well
Add coconut milk and makes to boil
Add rice and leave cook in low flame for ten mins and turn off
now its ready too serve double beans pulav
