Mint Wedges
Mint is usually for used Flavored purpose but in this more aroma. potato also used for more Crunchy.

- 2 Potato
- 1/2 cup Mint
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tblsp Corn flour
- 1 tblsp Maida
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp Grated lemon
Cut the potato and Soak in water for few mins
Chop mint and grated lemon skin
Mix all other ingredients with potato and keep aside
Heat the oil and deep fry the potato and drain it
Now its ready to serve. mint wedges
