Beetroot Tomato Dosa
This is easy to do and healthy too. while seeing this colour we feel to eat more

- 1 cup Idly Rice
- 1/5 cup Urad dal
- 1 Beetroot
- 2 Tomato
- 1 tsp jeera
- 4 Red chilly
- 1 inch Ginger
- Salt As Reqd
- Oil As needed
Soak Rice and dal for 2 -3 hours and grind and keep aside.
Grated beetroot and Chop tomato and keep all ingredients and grind it
Add salt for grind batter and allow to ferment for half an hour.
Make dosa in tawa and add little oil
Serve with coconut chatney and pickle
