Beetroot Tomato Dosa

This is easy to do and healthy too. while seeing this colour we feel to eat more

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Idly Rice
  • 1/5 cup Urad dal
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 4 Red chilly
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Salt As Reqd
  • Oil As needed

Instructions
 

  • Soak Rice and dal for 2 -3 hours and grind and keep aside.
  • Grated beetroot and Chop tomato and keep all ingredients and grind it
  • Add salt for grind batter and allow to ferment for half an hour.
  • Make dosa in tawa and add little oil
  • Serve with coconut chatney and pickle
