cook mutton using water, salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder.
heat a pan add oil and when it gets hot add the bay leaves ,cinnamon and clove ,pepper.
sauté it for 2 mint and then add onion ,garlic,ginger, tomato and sauté until it gets brawn.
then add all the powders to it and sauté it well.
to this add the cooked mutton .
then close the pan for 10 mint and allow it to get boiled and in roasted stage.
then add the coriander leaves.
then stir well and transfer to serving dish.
